myWSU Third Party Authorization and Access Instructions

How do parents or other third parties see WSU student account and billing information?

At WSU this is called Third Party Access. Parents or other third parties must be granted authorization to use and view Third Party Access by their WSU student.

What is Third Party Access?

Third Party Access, formerly known as Shared Info, is authorized and accessed through myWSU, the secure portal to services at Washington State University. WSU students use Third Party Access to authorize a parent, spouse, or other third party to access their official WSU records, including financial account balances, financial aid, class schedules, grades and much more. Students designate which information to share and third party access is read-only.

My Third Party Access (Shared Info) worked this past spring or last year but it isn't working now. Why?

It was necessary to update all authorized Third Party Access provided by students to parents or other third parties. If you were authorized prior to June 8, 2012 but now can't access the Third Party information please have your WSU student re-authorize your Third Party Access.

Firefox is the preferred browser and works on all platforms.
