Zzusis Third Party Authorization and Access Instructions
As a parent or spouse how do I access the Third Party information once I have been authorized by my WSU student?
1.
Log in to the WSU portal at zzusis.wsu.edu with your Friend ID and password.

Click on Main Menu.

Click on Self Service, click on Third Party Access and then click on Third Party Access (yes, again).
- -You have reached the Third Party Access area, click on "Access Student Shared Information".
4.
On this screen select the "View Info" of the student you want to review. If you have multiple students at WSU that have authorized Third Party Access you will see them listed on this screen.

Upon selecting the student, the parent or third party will see the areas which they are authorized to view. The user can then select the option to view.
- Accounts Category contains financial and billing information
Account Inquiry contains billing amount due
- Screen shots below show a graduate student example; individual students will see different information and amounts depending on their course of study or items they are signed up for:
Charges Due contains an itemized list of billing charges
Activity contains information on charges, payments and refunds
Clicking Make a Payment will take you to the payment process screen Click "Continue" to make a payment.
Fill in the appropriate information and click "Continue" to proceed to the payment screen.
Financial Aid will show any financial aid information.
